Financial education helps people understand what we do and whether they want to come in and see us. We’re really in the business to serve others and not to be served. We run educational retirement workshops at community colleges so attendees can relax and learn without feeling as though someone’s pressuring them to do business. We feel it’s critically important people be educated about all the options available to them.
At the conclusion of our workshops, a lot of people choose to meet with us. We then look “under the hood” and run a diagnostic “X-Ray” of their retirement portfolio. Many times, people discover by making just a few small tweaks or changes, their results can be dramatically improved and their probability of retirement success increases.
We find our process of teaching first is recognized as a valuable service, regardless of whether folks choose to become clients or not. When people first come into our office, we hope they sense an atmosphere of peace and relaxation without any pressure. We want clients to see us as being more than just some technical guys and gals crunching numbers.
